St. Luke’s Theatre is now available for rentals! Located centrally in Manhattan, next to Times Square, our off-Broadway Theatre Space is the perfect performance space for your next production! This unique black box configuration makes it the perfect space for readings, workshops, rehearsals, events, showcases, and full-scale productions, and is managed by Out of the Box Theatrics. About the Space
The Performance Space at St. Luke’s is located below Saint Luke’s Lutheran Church on Restaurant Row at 308 W. 46th Street in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen, just off Times Square. Entrance is through the black iron gates under the theater awning, to the left of the Church.
Our performance space offers a simple LED lighting and sound package, chairs, control booth, dressing rooms, bathrooms, shower, washer/dryer, green room, box office, and concessions booth. We have a lobby that can be customized to your show art and two LED backlit window boxes for front-of-house art.
