We’ve packed December with lots of exciting things to do! Read the full post; then join us and share in month of worship, reflection, and fellowship.
Advent Begins Sunday December 2
Holy Communion Services each Sunday at 11:00 am
Advent prepares us for the three comings of Christ: in the flesh in Bethlehem, in our hearts daily, and in glory at the end of time. Worship with us during this season and share in the ancient longing for the coming of the Messiah, and to be alert for his Second Coming.
Advent Vespers Begin Wednesday December 5, 7:00 pm
You’re invited to a 30 minute candlelight service with chanting of beautiful melodies, sung prayers and reflection. Dinner and fellowship will follow in the Parish Lounge. Pastor’s Homily will be as follows: Dec. 5 Saint Nicholas – The purpose of gifts, Dec 12 Saint Lucia – Letting go of what holds you, Dec 19 Katarina von Bora Luther -The power of a partner
Christmas Worship Services
The Nativity of Our Lord Candlelight Service
Monday December 24, 10:00 pm
Celebrate The Nativity of Our Lord with our traditional Candlelight Eucharist service. Music by the Saint Luke’s Christmas Choir and Saint Luke’s Trombones.
Christmas Day Holy Communion
Tuesday December 25, 11:00 am
Our Christmas Day Holy Communion service is a quieter opportunity to reflect on the meaning of Christ’s birth. Come and join in the continuing celebration.

We’ll put on our Dicken’s costumes – capes & skirts, cloaks, bonnets and top hats, and sing Christmas carols from our church steps. Dress warmly – the provided costumes go over our winter wear. Afterwards we’ll celebrate together in the Lounge with a party hosted by Susan Strasser. Gifts will be given at the party to the children by special visitors.
