A group of our members got a jump start on the 4th of July celebrations by taking a ride on the North River Lobster Co Boat following the worship service on Sunday July 1.  We boarded The Destiny after a short walk to Pier 81 on 41st Street.  It was a beautiful day for the one hour ride up the Hudson River – hot of course, but we totally enjoyed the air conditioning on each of the boat’s levels.  Some of our “sailors” stayed and enjoyed more than one trip (its permitted) and lunched on delicious seafood they serve.

It was a fun fellowship outing to start our summer.
