On Tuesday March 6, Sweetwine – a 13 member Music Ministry group from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana- took time from their 2018 Spring Tour of New York City to offer a musical treat for the guests at our Soup Kitchen. Their Christian contemporary songs thrilled all in attendance. They sang a Happy Birthday wish to one of the senior guests to his surprise and delight. The group also performed and volunteered at other Soup Kitchens in the New York area.  We thank Maddie Koenig and all of the group for sharing their special talents and uplifting spirit to those in need we serve.
